I work intuitively, using a blend of fascia bodywork, massage and energy balancing techniques to allow you to reconnect with your body and mind, to restore, breathe, and allow your body to release tension and stress. It is an opportunity to find a bit of quiet amidst your busy lives.
I recommend securing your appointment well in advance as appointments are limited as I wrap the business around an employed role.
